Browsing this website and/or at certain sections of it may involve the collection and further processing of User data by the Data Controller.

In fact, during connection, the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the site automatically administer and/or acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (such as, merely by way of example, the so-called "cookies", "IP" addresses, domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in "Url" notation of the resources requested, the time of the request to the server) and other parameters relating to the User's operating system and computer environment.

Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing
According to the needs expressed from time to time by the User by accessing this website and/or its special sections, the purposes of the processing of the data collected and its legal basis are indicated below.

The User's Personal Data, may be processed only upon manifestation of explicit and voluntary consent, for the following purposes:

• Correct and complete management of the request made by filling out the relevant Form on the website.
  In relation to this purpose, consent must be given at the time of submission and may be revoked at any time by sending an email to the Data Protection Officer.
  In this case, the processing of data is optional and the legal basis for such processing is represented by Article 6, letters a) of EU Reg. 679/2016.

In addition, the User's Personal Data may be processed, without the need for manifestation of consent, for the following purposes:

• Navigation on this website;

• Management and execution of legal requirements (accounting, administrative, tax nature, etc.);

• For the management of litigation also in the preparatory stages of its possible establishment, as well as for the establishment of liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site, with additional methods and purposes related to the maintenance of the systems.

In this case, data processing is mandatory and the legal basis for processing is Article 6 (b), (c) and (f) of EU Reg. 679/2016.

Data retention

Data acquired during browsing are kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill their purposes and, therefore, are deleted immediately after processing.

Data acquired for the handling of disputes and possible litigation, are retained for as long as strictly necessary for this purpose and, in any case, no longer than the applicable statute of limitations.

This is without prejudice to all cases in which the retention of such data for a subsequent and further period is, required by the competent Authorities or pursuant to law or regulation.

Disclosure of personal data

Personal data collected while browsing this website can be accessed by:

• Legal entities or individuals acting as external data processors, performing outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller (including but not
  limited to entities entrusted with support, communication, marketing, IT service providers, Site operators, electronic platform operators, partners, lending institutions, firms
  professionals);

• Employees and/or contractors of external data controllers who, acting under their direct authority, must be authorized to process Personal Data and be committed to confidentiality;

• Employees and/or contractors of the Data Controller duly trained and committed to confidentiality.

Rights of Users

Each User, with reference to the personal collected while browsing this website, may at any time exercise the right of access (15 of EU Reg. no. 679/2016); the right to rectification (art. 16 EU Reg. no. 679/2016); the right to erasure (art. 17 EU Reg. no. 679/2016); the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 EU Reg. n. 679/2016); the right to data portability (Art. 20 EU Reg. n. 679/2016); the right to object (Art. 21 EU Reg. n. 679/2016); and the right to withdraw any consent given (Art. 7 EU Reg. n. 679/2016).

To exercise these rights, an email must be sent to the Data Protection Officer.

Each User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Art. 77 EU Reg. no. 679/2016) or to take legal action in the appropriate courts (Art. 79 EU Reg. no. 679/2016).

Child protection

Minors under the age of 16 years in the absence of the consent of those exercising parental responsibility may not confer data by browsing this website. The Data Controller invites all those who exercise parental responsibility over minors to inform them about the safe and responsible use of the Internet and the Web.

The Data Controller, in any case, is not responsible for determining the age of Users, but reserves the right and may verify the veracity of the information provided.

Privacy Policy Changes

The Data Controller reserves the right to change, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at its discretion, at any time, including in correlation with changing legal requirements.  

Users are expected to check periodically for updates.
